If you are new in Delhi and looking for ration card, here is information about the documents required for issue of new ration card.

Get the application form from your circle. Fill the form and attach a passport size photograph attested by Gazetted Officer/MP/MLA. Keep 3-4 extra passport size photographs. There is a onetime fee about Rs25. Also submit a proof of residence or if you are a tenant, you can take NOC from your house owner.
