Hi friends…
I have read in a newspaper that Yes Bank is giving 7% interest on saving bank account. I want to have an account with the Yes Bank. But I have not found any branch near to my home. I live in the Sonia Vihar. Let me know what should be the nearest branch from the Sonia Vihar?
यस बैंक देगा बचत खातों पर 7 प्रतिशत ब्याज
Yes Bank is giving it. But you need to have more than 1 lac rupees in your saving bank account.
If you have HDFC debit card then you can generate your HDFC virtual credit card by using your debit card. HDFC VCC can be used in numbers of online sites from where you can buy products and services. You can generate your HDFC VCC very easily by visiting HDFCbank.com website. You need to select Netsafe/ Verified by Visa/ MasterCard SecureCode from the menu on login to your account. After that a window will open that will ask you for register and then about your debit card details. Fill the form correctly. Your VCC is ready. Just enter the amount you want to go for shop. The balance amount will be credited back in your account within a week. Suppose you generate a VCC of Rs5000 and shopped only for Rs2000 then Rs3000 will be credited back in your account within a week. Also you can use your VCC details only once. Just visit Hdfc Netsafe for more details.
Here is a list of some of the popular websites accepting HDFC VCC payments.
Hi friends…
Here is another post regarding banks giving 6% interest rate on the saving account. If you watching television then I am sure that you have seen an advertisement by the Kotak Mahindra Bank. Kotak Mahindra Bank is a popular bank in India and offering 6% interest rate on the saving bank if you have minimum balance more than 1 lack. And if you have account balance less than 1 lack then you will get 5.5% interest rate.
The only matter is that Kotak Mahindra has not enough branches in India as compare to the other banks. But if you like to have 6% interest rate on saving account then I will suggest you to go for this bank. Read all terms and conditions on the bank’s website.
Finally I have got my first credit card from the HDFC bank limited. It is a HDFC gold credit card having a credit limit of Rs20000. I have got this credit card on the basis of my salary account. They verified some details like address proof, income proof and other details. The card came from the Blue Dart courier services.
