Hello friends…

Is it necessary to fill cylinder kyc form to all people? I am a customer of Bharat Gas and have 1 connection against my mother name. She does not have PAN card. Please tell me is it necessary to fill the KYC Form?

I have only one connection then it’s necessary to fill up the kyc form
