Can I eligible for Nigam Parsad? I am graduate and doing social work. I want to be MCD Councilor in my locality. However I am financially not strong and I have heard for getting ticket of MCD Councilor (Nigam Parsad), you must need to have great financial position. Can I apply as an independent candidate? What do you think? Is online form available for filling Nigam Parsad application online?

By the way,  Nigam Parsad election is on the 15th April 2012.
