Hello guys

As you all know that we have 4.9 reactor scale earthquake in North India today. However this earthquake was not big but I am very much worry about my home safety. My home is in Sonia Vihar very near to the Yamuna River and I think the base of our area is not good for big buildings. I just checked some Earthquake safety tips and found that we have to take big action about our home safety from earthquake. Here I am posting some of them.

First of all, while making new home asks your contractor or builder about what are the safety and security process during these kinds of incidents?

Use good quality cements and other materials.

Drop, cover and hold down, during an earthquake.

Home insurance is good if you can do it.
