Axis Bank ATM Complaint

Hello friends…

I used my Axis Bank ATM card today at the Sonia Vihar ATM machine. I withdraw Rs5000 from the amount but I have received only Rs3500. The money was jammed in the machine and I lost my Rs1500. I checked my account and found that the amount of Rs5000 had been debited. My branch is located in the Yamuna Vihar. What do to guys?

Axis Bank Charges IF Balance Become Zero

Hi guys

Today I used Axis Bank ATM. I have Rs41000 in my account and I withdraw Rs40000 from the ATM. The balance was Rs1000. I want to know will Axis bank detect some charges from my account. However I have deposited Rs10000 in the evening so the closing balance was Rs11000.

Please tell me.
