One of my friends applied for the Delhi Ration Card. But still his status is showing pending. The enquiry has been done and there is no update on the official website of the Delhi Ration Card. Where to contact regarding this issue?

Hello friends…
My ration card is showing approved in the Delhi Ration Card status checking website. The approval date is around 1 month back but still I am not getting my ration card. I have contacted with the local ration office of my locality but I have not got any responses from the shop.
I have applied in the month of April but still I have not got my ration card. Can anyone tell me where to get the approved ration card?
